The One Minute Meditator spawned from a moment deep within the woods, in rural Athens in 2019 by Sammy Swayn, a meditation practitioner of 16+ years.

Meditation can be as simple as one conscious breath in, and one conscious breath out - and Sammy had been experiencing epiphanies of beauty surrounding this for years and knew that this project was calling his name to share the simplicity of meditation and mindfulness to the world - in under a minute.
